Aviation medicine research reports, 1943-1945.

Three research reports issued from Wallace O. Fenn's laboratory at the University of Rochester. The reports investigate the effects on the human body of pressure breathing and the usefulness of hyperventilation for creating a physiological state comparable to that at high altitudes. The research was done for the National Research Council, Division of Medical Sciences, Committee on Aviation Medicine. Wallace O. Fenn, along with Arthur B. Otis and Hermann Rahn, are among the co-authors for each of the three reports.
